FLXON announces the start of a new, higher level of customer service for Mexico. The company reports this new service includes the doubling of its bilingual Customer Service Team Specialists and the expansion of its popular Customer Priority Service (CPS).

CPS service allows customers in Mexico to use Priority Service email hotlines to place and track orders, get answers to technical questions, and schedule plant visits. The CPS hotlines are monitored 7 days a week assuring prompt response to urgent matters as they arise, regardless of when.

According to Efrain Martinez, FLXON’s Business Development Manager for Latin America, “…this expanded level of service allows FLXON to better meet the needs of our rapidly growing customer base in Mexico.”
